Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Eligibility:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, you may return the item within 60 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments.

 

Refund Processing:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

Exclusions:

Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the case of receiving damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging for further assistance.
